The Joy of ART - "I AM the way . . ."

"Light of the World"
Greg Olsen

"I am the way and the truth and the life.
No one comes to the Father except through me."
John 14:6 NIV

As Christians around the world join together in celebrating Christ's resurrection this Easter, I like to reflect on Jesus' life and ministry through the work of these artists who move me so profoundly through their paintbrush. As you scroll through these images, take time to listen to the words of this beautiful song by Chris Rice . . . Come to Jesus, and live.

Where, O death, is your victory?
Where, O death, is your sting?
But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory
through our Lord Jesus Christ.
1 Corinthians 15:55-56 NIV

  1. Hallelujah, He is risen. I was thinking this weekend of the depth of love that it took for Jesus to go through what He went through so that I could be with Him. Unimaginable!

    1. No way could I ever understand or imagine that depth of love, Kim. The world's intolerance of Christianity amazes me, for no other religion has a Savior who died for them and lives to reign forever.
